About PlanSpex

PlanSpex is staff scheduling software operated by EKOM-LES d.o.o. This website provides product information and a way to request a conversation; submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.

Accounts and access

Each customer is responsible for its own users, access rights, employee data and lawful use of the service. Administrators should only grant access to authorised people.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but may improve, maintain or update it. Customers should keep a reasonable backup of important business records.

Pricing and contracts

Any paid subscription, VAT treatment, billing cycle, cancellation terms and service scope will be confirmed in writing before a purchase is completed. Displayed launch pricing is an invitation to contact us, not an automated checkout.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security, access another organisation's data, copy or resell the software, or use the service in a way that harms others.
